Who we are

Rackmason is a trade name of xTools Solutions Inc., based in Vancouver, British Columbia. This notice explains how we handle personal information under BC's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where it applies, the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

Booking details you enter in our scheduling tool, Fantastical by Flexibits, such as your name, email address, company and any notes you add.

Emails and messages you send us, including through the message form on the Contact page, which opens in your own email program.

We do not use newsletters or lead-capture tools on this website.

Why we collect it

To respond to you, prepare for and hold the call you booked, and assess whether our services are a fit for your organization. We don't use your information for anything else without asking.

Website analytics

This website uses cookieless analytics to count visits and page views in aggregate. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party marketing scripts.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers we use to operate, such as our scheduling and email tools, and only as needed to provide the service, or where the law requires it.

Retention

We keep booking and correspondence records only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required for business and legal records, then delete them securely.

Access and correction

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@rackmason.com. We will respond within 30 days.
